Hey guys and girls it's me Nathan here and I have been learning to make an animation.

Here are the ingredients to make a perfect Christmas 

1. 1 cup of friends and family

2. 1 teaspoon of giving and sharing

3. 2 sticks of fun

4. A teaspoon of love

5. 2 cup’s of yoe.

Mix all of the ingredients in a pot and put some happiness and cook it in the oven for 1 night.And done.

The Food Pyramid

Hi it's me Nathan and I'm here to do the food pyramid. But Nathan you ask what is a food Pyramid You might ask I will tell you what is the food pyramid. A food pyramid is a Paramount of food that tells you what is a good food what is a bad food.  Good food at the bottom and bad food at the top of the pyramids candy is bad for you  and fruits and vegetables go down to the bottom because there good for you. Milk and dairy products how is that going to the middle of the parent because they could be good for you or bad for you depending of ice cream  goes up to the top of the food pyramid and cheese is good for you so It goes up to the top of the food pyramid chicken ham pork beef and other meat  go to the middle of the parament like the milk products because it could contain fat or good stuff. So I forgot well I guess I'll be seeing.

Friendliness is a combination of kindness,honesty,reliability,friendship and that's what makes friendliness.Fun and Silliness is useful for of these things like you should also be friendly to your family. Really this is really important so you have friends or loving family. It's always good to have some friendly nursing heart no matter how rough a situation gets or how hopeless it seems, friendliness will always be in your heart but you just gotta to let it shine.
